These particular notifications can be edited straight from the page editor. from your CMS, navigate to the page's "Hero" tab and scroll down to the "Notification" section to make the desired edits.

Edit your homepage notification cards by clicking on globals in your WordPress interface

Scroll down to featured events and choose the events you wish to highlight! 

Note: The list of possible events will be automatically adjusted by the events you add in that tab.
